1 Introduction

• Withdrawal of original deposit only — winnings accumulated during the period of multiple accounts may be voided.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from a bank account or eWallet registered in the name of the verified member. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned. scrplay1 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the account section. The following withdrawal conditions apply:

The following are strictly prohibited on the scrplay1 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

Scrplay1 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering.
• Use of multiple accounts or false identities.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or a court of law.

11 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Scrplay1 is not liable for:

• Financial losses or missed winnings resulting from temporary technical disruptions.
• Damage arising from the use of your own device or internet connection.
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers (banks, eWallets, game providers).
• Unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence.

Under no circumstances shall scrplay1's liability to a member exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
